Very difficult advert to write as could use so many accolades to describe him. Suffice to say he was nicknamed Mr Perfect in pony club. He will only be available to the very best of long terms homes. Ideally with siblings waiting in the wings or for small older adult wanting safe grassroots competition pony.

Owned by us and bought from breeder as a 2 year old.
Professionally broken and then home produced slowly and carefully for my daughter who took over the ride when she was just 10 years old and the pony age 6.

CV not exhaustive!

Henry is a much-loved family pony and my daughter’s pride and joy. Very sadly outgrown. He is the kindest, most loving and the sweetest pony to deal with.
Done all PC, Riding club, NSEA activities as well as BD youth, BE 80/90cm in addition occasional WHP and has hunted. As well as pony club camps, beach rides, rallies, hacks alone or in company. Very well-schooled on the flat with established lateral work leg yield and shoulder in. Working Elementary level.

Usually, more woah than go but plenty of scope being genuine, honest and brave XC including technical fences corners, skinnies, ditches and water. Fantastic candidate for BE grassroots and under 18. Dressage scores often in high 20s.

Careful SJ.

The most beautiful genuine and safe child’s pony. Cleaned limbed, no vices and good to do in all ways.

Comet, 14’2 welsh section D 2013 , chestnut with 4 white socks.

On the ground : he’s a well mannered yet curious welshie, will happily stand tied up to be groomed for hours. Good for farrier, vet, falls asleep when being clipped, loves being bathed but watch out it might turn into a water fight!! He can “put his parts on” for the dentist however after 5/10 mins he’s fine. Amazing with kids, dogs, traffic. Very respectful of fencing. The easiest boy with routines, in the 7 years I’ve owned him he’s had a mixture of being out 24/7, stables at night and stabled 24/7 and I’ve never had any problems.

Ridden : as bomb proof as they come however he is a Welsh who has his moments (happy to discuss and show videos of these said moments) A cracking little pony who absolutely adores being in work. Just as much as he loves being a field ornament. Would suit a confident person who wants to get out and have fun. Comet has a very careful jump on him, point and go type. Very good at getting you out of a dodgy stride whilst still being careful. When it comes to jumping he is forward and very bold therefore NOT a first pony.
One of the best things about this boy is you can go without riding for a few days/weeks but still hop on and he’ll be just the same as where you left off!

This is going to be an incredibly hard sale for me and it is through absolutely no fault of his own as he is one in a million but due to personal circumstances this is what’s best for him. I have produced him from a 4 year old and he’s definitely proven to be a very special little horse. He’s also very low mileage, for the past 3-4 years I’ve done very little ridden work with him as I haven’t had the time.

He can be funny with loading but after persuasion and patience he will load just not always straight away. When it comes to traveling, I personally avoid anything with a breast bar, despite that once he’s on the move as long as there’s hay for him he settles. This is due to me not taking him out much. He was an angel to load in the first two years I had him when I was going out regularly!!

This pony has been everywhere with me, arena hires, busy shows, beach rides, busy 4* event yards you name it hes come along! None of this phases him one bit. Happy to answer any questions about him please do not hesitate to contact me!

Regardless of the fact he’s not “fit” at the moment, I’m happy for anyone to try him.

The most important thing for me is finding the right home for comet therefore absolutely NO time wasters or dealers. 10 ?? home only (preferably his forever home)
Would suit a mother/daughter or a family with children. Just as much as he’d suit a confident teen wanting something to have fun on.

Full wardrobe included, minus his bridle. Price negotiable for the right home.

After 3 fun years, Posy is very much outgrown. She’s very pretty with stunning markings – a sweet fun pony with a big personality. She’s fit and ready to go give another child (and parent!) a lot of fun.

Easy to do, good ground manners and everything done by my petite daughter. No stable vices.

Loves hacking alone and in company, safe and sane. Has seen all kinds of traffic, including heavy farm machinery and is great on the roads. Great in open spaces, never hots up.

Not fazed by anything. Happily goes out and about on her own and will stand on the box or settle in temp stabling. Very calm in the warm up.

Snaffle mouthed at all times. Not strong, fizzy or spooky, steady and responsive with excellent brakes. Kind and sweet with people and other horses. Lovely paces and would do a good show or dressage test, my daughter is more into her jumping though!

Spent 2023 occasionally hacking and being a nanny to our young sports pony, brought back into work properly January 2024 after his sad retirement.

She’s done it all!

  • Cleared 1m05 cross country fence at the end of the 10 mile East Kent Ride April 2024 – she jumped everything put in front of her
  • Qualified Sunshine Tour 2024 in her first time out jumping in 18 months.
  • Showjumping – has a super confident jump competing up to 75. She’s already done the Hickstead Sunshine tour (clear round with a cheeky celebratory buck!)
  • Bareback
  • Hacking
  • Clinics
  • Cross country
  • Fun and beach rides
  • Pony Club (1st hand pony comp!) including camp.

Loads perfectly and travels a dream.

Good with the farrier (barefoot with good feet), physio, vet, dentist. Up to date with everything.

She is 8 in May and will not be sold to novice parents or nervous riders. She can put in a cheeky buck – nothing that would phase a competent jockey. My daughter has only fallen off her once in 3 years doing a large x country fence while trying to talk to me at the same time!

She needs sedating to clip.

She had ulcers winter 2022, was treated and scoped clear March 2023. No issues since.

Very sad sale so no time wasters and we are in no rush to sell. She will only go to the best home and we’d like to keep in touch.

Price includes tack and all her rugs.

Are you looking for a pony you can watch your child excel on whilst sitting on a deckchair with a cup of tea or glass of bubbly? Tired of watching in dread with a knot in the bottom of your stomach? Before I go into detail on what Ollie (Mr Twist) can do & seeming to promote him as a pure competition pony I wanted to state that this amazing pony's value is as much in the pleasure he gives to watch and handle and his pure versatility & willingness as it is in his competition prowess. He is an incredible little pony and we hope to find him an equally incredible new home where he will simply be cherished.

He'd suit a decent little jockey with good balance and decent hands who's already moved up from a 1st ridden through to a second and wishes to progress and have fun, preferably with an interest in dressage. Pretty much a godsend at grassroots level helping to build confidence and known to give decent novice friends the odd lesson, Ollie then requires more experience for the larger tracks/ harder tests, encouraging his jockey to build upon their own abilities and preparing them for the next stage up. He loves XC and can get slightly excitable but nothing unmanageable. He has never reared, bolted or spun on us and has always been ridden in a snaffle until recently when we've used a universal simply for more precision control when jumping 80/90. Having bought and sold one or two ponies in the past I understand the pitfalls of both and am open to any questions.

We've owned Ollie for almost three years and in that time he's taken my then 10 year old daughter from jumping 50cm to her first 90cm class, qualifying to ride at NSEA Hickstead county champs in prelim dressage (placing 3rd) & SJ 70. He also went to the NSEA National Champs at Addington in the 80 JWS, prelim & novice plate dressage (placing 2nd). He's fast against the clock when asked but not out of control! My daughter has developed a love of dressage since owning him - winning the PC grassroots ride-off at the Northern champs in Auchlishie 2023. They regularly score low to mid 70s in prelim, mid 60s in novice and have been working towards a dabble at elementary scoring 63% on their first try (and not on peak form). In previous homes he also excelled at WH, did extremely well RC dressage champs and has been in NSEA teams at championships many times.

He will step up or down to suit his rider and take care of them. As well as being a fantastic competition pony he is fun to play around on at home, riding bareback/ tackless, hacking out in open fields etc. He's done mounted games, representing his PC branch, will stand for the stirrup or run to vault - steady & accurate, not at all fizzy.

This is a very reluctant sale due to the fact that my daughter has hopelessly outgrown him! We have his full history as he is still loved by all his past owners who would like to remain in touch (only 4 homes including ourselves and his breeders). His previous jockeys have all touched base and share their equine journeys via social media.

He is excellent to handle, groom, shoe, load, bath, clip, etc. Also will hack out alone or in company and is good in traffic. Will turn out with mares or geldings. In the stable Ollie can be a character - kind, gentle and loving when he sees my daughter, a lovable grump at dinner time and does enjoy a routine.

Looking for a 5* home on a private yard for this fabulous little pony where he will live a varied life. Ridden videos will be requested before viewings to check likely compatibility & save wasting anyone's time and references will be sort before purchase if buyer unknown.

My pony of a lifetime has very sadly now been outgrown and is looking for his new partner in crime.

Rizzle is eventing at BE80, having competed at the BE80 National Championships last year at Bramham, finishing 13th. His dressage is always high 20's low 30's and always improving.

He is a dream XC which his record speaks for itself. Rizzle is speedy out showjumping, competing at the NSEA Championships coming 2nd and numerous wins at local shows.

He has competed in the Shrewsbury Flower Show, mini major, coming 3rd. He has competed in working hunters always being placed well, the bigger the atmosphere the more he rises to the occasion.

Rizzle has been hunting, to the beach, pony club rallies, and is good to hack anywhere.

He does not kick, rear or bolt but will have the occasional spook.

He is not a first pony and we would love to see him out competing with his next jockey. Rizzle is a very special pony and a child's dream.

Rizzle has been my best friend for the past six years, this is a very sad sale and a 5* home is a must.
