| AHSA Appoints Coordinator for Horse Sports Database |

The American Horse Shows Association announced today that C.M. (Cheryll) Frank has been appointed as the Project Coordinator for the American Horse Sports Database project. Frank, from Tallahassee, FL, has been a marketing professional for the past 30 years and is currently the Executive Director for the Sport Horse Owners and Breeders Association, a non-profit organization dedicated to the promotion of sport horse breeding and competition in North America. She is a noted researcher and author on the subject of sport horse pedigrees. "I'm very excited about this project," said Frank. "The concept of a horse sports database is one many of us have dreamed of and now I have the opportunity to help make it a reality." Alan F. Balch, AHSA President, said: "We are delighted that Cheryl has accepted the position as she will bring valuable expertise to the Horse Sports Database at a very exciting time in its development."
