The AHSA will hold a Hunter Breeding Judge’s Seminar at Flag Is Up Farm,
Solving, CA, on July 31, and August 1, 2000. The owner and
trainer-in-residence, Monty Roberts, has allowed the clinic to be held at
Flag Is Up Farm for the first time.
Charles “Champ” Hough and Jimmy Lee are clinicians for judge’s continuing
education. Hough, a former U.S. Olympic Equestrian Team member, official, a
horse appraiser and consultant, is an expert in AHSA clinics. Jimmy Lee,
President of the Virginia Horse Shows Association, past AHSA Board of
Director, (including Executive, Hearing and Licensed Official committee
member), currently serves on the Hunter and Hunter Breeding committee.
Hough and Lee will be teaming up together to present to you an opportunity
to learn from the world’s leading experts in hunter breeding and
conformation.
The setting of the clinic, Flag Is Up Farm, is a nationally renowned
Thoroughbred training facility located in Solving, CA the “Danish capital of
America.” “It is an honor to be able to go to such a well known
Thoroughbred farm in California,” according to Lee. “It is a fantastic
opportunity for all involved-clinicians, the AHSA and the attendees.”
