Morrissey & McAlary Win
2000 Prudential/AHSA Pony Final Titles


Michael Morrissey of Bradenton, FL, riding Clean Slate, won the 2000 Prudential/AHSA Pony Finals, Green Hunter Pony Championship on August 9, 2000 at the Fairfield County Hunt Club in Westport, CT. This is the second year the Green Hunter Pony Division has been offered at the 33rd Annual AHSA Pony Finals. The Reserve Champion was Kate Conover of Pippersville, PA riding Majic Maker.

Maggie McAlary of Amherst, NH, won the 2000 Prudential/AHSA Pony Medal Championship on August 10th. For the first time in over ten years a pony medal rider won the AHSA Pony Medal Finals on a small pony. Michael Morrissey of Bradenton, FL was Reserve Champion.
