a new association dedicated to preserving the bloodline of the "old mountain
horse" better known as the KY Saddler. The foundation books are open for
registration of the gaited mountain horse. MPHBEA is a not-for-profit
organization registered and incorporated in the Commonwealth of KY. MPHBEA
is the first mountain horse association to utilize DNA Testing, provided by
